Requirements and responsibilities

General

- Experience in highly competitive niches (betting/fintech/essay/etc.) for English-speaking countries with successful cases.
- Development of a website rank strategy, budgeting;
- Niche analysis, Monitoring, and analysis of competitors, development of working tactics;
- Creation of technical specifications for the IT department
- Creation of technical tasks for copywriters, quality control of articles.
- Creation and clustering of the semantic core for sites — understanding the intentional, what types of pages to sit on
- Knowledge of on-page optimization and optimization of various blocks of pages
- Experienced user of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming frog, Majestic, GSA/analogs, GWT;

Good analytical skills.
- GA — expert level;
- Excel & Google Spreadsheets — A confident user of formulas
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Link building
- Experience building links for English-speaking audiences, understanding which links work, which doesn’t, and why.
- Ability to learn and understand competitors' backlink strategies and take the best solutions for the project.
- Development of link-building strategy.
- Managing the link-building process, content preparation, webmaster negotiations, PBN creation, and others.
- Practical skills in automating the PBN building process. Work on PBN sites (scaling the net, promoting existing sites)
- Skills of mass link building (with the help of third-party services);

Crowd Marketing
- Interaction with counterparties. Registration/account maintenance on link exchanges, directories, thematic forums, services with independent reviews, etc.
- Ability to find contacts and partnerships within Outreach, link exchange, PR acts.
- Monitoring of backlink placement, performance analysis, reporting.
- Track performance and links over time (indication, position dynamics, web analytics).
