Marketing manager (offline) $700-1000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Head of the Marketing Department.
- Help to execute a marketing strategy.
- Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
- Help to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Create reports on marketing performance.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with social media and website content.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong English in written and verbal communication skills
- Significant experience utilizing SEO strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Excellent time management skills
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Ability to spot emerging trends
- Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing, and search engines
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1−3 years of experience in SEO marketing
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Analytics)
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus
- Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
- General knowledge of current online marketing trends.
- Fluent in web analytics and conversion metrics.

The work process for the content manager (project manager):
1. checking and answering emails on 4 email domains (processing marketing and partnership information)
2. work with the content for the daily analytical reports for the trading signals (posting on the sites (Russian and English versions)
3. creating the content for the daily e-mailing (Russian and English versions). base mailing.
4. working with weekly and monthly reporting on marketing results (summary tables of CPM system — by traffic, conversions, monitoring of trends and changes)
5. work with feedback sites (as an administrator — responses to feedback). Formation of a review strategy, review placement.
6. work with bloggers — control over the fulfillment of tasks. (formation and translation of separate text parts of the site and blocks)
7. assistance in preparing press releases.
8. assistance in the preparation of various actions
9. assistance in the preparation of visual materials (work and coordination with designers)
10. assistance and supervision codifier work (the process of forming landing pages)
11. assistance and supervision of PHP-programmer (coordination of tasks, their correct execution)
12. pooling of tasks (description in the task management system). control over fulfillment of the assigned specialists.
13. assistance in hiring freelancers (control over their work).
14. SMS mailing list
15. Content management as the main sites and satellite sites (Drupal, WordPress, October CMS)
16. Checking and making monthly reports for bloggers, link builders, SMM managers, analysts for each month.
