Senior Account Manager for Design Studio (offline)

Our list of clients includes brands like Groupon, Bloomberg, and Shutterstock while our solutions are featured in Gartner, Facebook, and the Webby Awards. We also have our own Design Studio that provides end-to-end world-class design solutions and operates in several locations — Ukraine and Argentina.

About our projects

We’re looking for a sharp Account Manager to join our Design Studio and help us drive it to new heights. We have lots of projects ongoing, some of which are large, some are for Fortune 500 companies. The majority of our projects though are short-term, project-based. Our working environment is fast-paced and dynamic. The ideal person for this role is someone who is very proactive, with great communication skills, eager to learn more about design.

You will work with

● Staying in touch with existing clients, looking for new design opportunities by establishing a regular communication with them
● Looking for new prospects hand-in-hand with our sales team
● Understand client needs, help match needs with company capabilities, and manage expectations
● Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, obtaining both structured and informal feedback on a regular basis
● Build, manage, and grow assigned key accounts and world-class project teams
● Lead and supervise multiple accounts at the same time
● Identify, report, and resolve possible conflicts or problems
● Participate in sales activities on bringing new clients to the company
● Drive paperwork of projects (Proposals, SOW, MSA, NDA, etc.)
● Help us to mentor, manage and foster team members development and growth

Our team is looking for someone who has

● Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both verbal and written
● Hands-on experience in the IT industry as a PM, PO, Account Manager, HR, or other similar roles
● Deep understanding of the IT industry, markets, and trends
● Experience working with international clients/teams and a passion for exceptional customer service
● Ability to understand business and customer requirements, prioritizing issues and escalating as required
● Strong skills in leadership, negotiations, and people management
● You are a quick and eager learner, self-driven and self-organized

Will be a plus

● Previous experience in sales/account management
● IT Project management experience
● Experience working with design projects
● Understanding of engineering practices, methodologies, and tools
● Experience with CRM software, MS Office, Google Docs, and Task Tracking systems
