Senior Customer Support Engineer (offline) $2000-5500

Role and responsibilities:
β’ Building customer-oriented Support service from a scratch
β’ Replying to emails and chat messages from customers in English timely and accurate way
β’ Identifying customer's challenges and explaining how settings, steps order, features can help
β’ Analyzing customers issues and reporting bugs if needed
β’ Sharing customer feedback and feature requests with the team
β’ Learning the latest product features and explaining them to customers
β’ Writing tutorials and guides for our users (like HowTo, FAQ, etc)
β’ Helping in manual regression testing
β’ Helping in hiring, onboarding and mentoring new team members
Requirements and skills
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Support Engineer with crypto experience,
Specifically, we are looking for:
β’ 2+ years of experience manual testing for backend applications
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
β’ Understanding basic principles of HTTP, RPC
β’ Experience in troubleshooting JSON Requests, REST APIs
β’ Tech eager, learning new tools
β’ Problem-solving skills with attention to details
β’ Empathy as a skill. Ability express empathy while providing customer support in day to day activities
β’ Experience with setting up customer support service solutions (for example, Service Desk, ZenDesk, etc )
