Requirements:
β Fluent English (spoken, written) + UKR spoken + written + understanding
β 2+ years of practical experience as IT manager (Delivery Manager, Scrum Master)
β Experience with web and e-commerce projects
β Basic understanding of and experience working with software architecture and willingness to learn (needed to understand how to break up a large product story into specific technical tasks, distribute them in the team, and monitor dependencies)
β Knowledge of and experience in applying popular agile methodologies and adapting them to particular teamsβ needs. Ideally - Certified Scrum Master
β Strong verbal and written communication skills (important for working in a distributed international team)
β Strong interpersonal skills

You will be:
β Monitoring the state of development and coordinating development between different teams, documenting and following up on decisions made
β Setting up sustainable organizational processes for productive team collaboration and continuously improving them
β Working within the Scrum framework with two-week sprints
β Planning and organizing work in issue tracker, monitoring workload
β Assisting in preparing documentation on various features and processes
β Improving distributed teams communications and processes
β Working on internal projects (organizing internship programs, audit etc.)
