HR manager (offline)

Requirements:

Good planning, organizational and time-management skills.
High level of communication skills, activity in work and friendliness, ability to provide information comprehensively, stress resistance.
Experience in HR or IT.
Understanding the specifics of the IT market and HR Management.
Ability to work in a changing environment, flexibility, high level of empathy, ability to multitask, good organizational & presentation skills.
English - Strong Intermediate level.
Level of English B2+ (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English).

Onboarding process and adaptation
Event organisation
Internal support of employees
Performance review
Office management
Documenting corporate culture issues, KPIs, business processes in the company
Reporting
Monitoring the situation in the teams: identifying conflict situations, advice, and assistance in solving
