About the role: We are looking for an effective B2B Marketing guru who will be responsible for development and implementation of our marketing strategy, as well as set up analytics and conduct market research. To sum up, we are looking for a player-coach who has strong analytical skills and is excited to work in a high-paced environment.

What We Expect From You:

- 2+ experience in CRO and digital marketing;
- Website and user journey ownership
- Understand customers buying criteria and decision-making points
- High level of knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience in split testing, framing hypothesis, creating prototypes, and accepting results based on data
- Understanding of SEO work and requirements to grow
- Copywriting skills and media planning
- Knowledge of email marketing basis;

What You’ll Do:

- Create and test out various hypotheses aimed at increasing the conversion rate
- Set up precise analytics from lead source to sale
- Optimize value propositions of the service;
- Measure marketing effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities using data;
- Market and competitive research, follow and analyze market trends to position the service;
- Conduct customer interviews when appropriate;
- Work collaboratively with Sales, R'n'D, Social, and other teams to drive growth and customer success;
- Site localization
- Leading and setting the tasks for content creation
- Cross-marketing with customers and partners
