Account Manager (Game Development, Gambling, B2B) (offline)

Barbara Bang is a rising star game supplier to the iGaming industry, founded in 2021. We are a young and beautiful company, which is growing rapidly and looking for a person who will be responsible for our business partners having a top-notch service and a great experience with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing business partners
- Contacting clients regularly (phone, Skype, emails, face-to-face)
- Handling customer requests and problems, while providing immaculate service
- Using statistics and reports to analyze client's activity
- Tracking the effectiveness of the product in accordance with the existing contracts
- Updating and recording data in CRM
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in iGaming or B2B product/IT companies in the following positions: Account Manager, Support Engineer, Sales Specialist.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of spoken and written English. An additional language (Spanish, Chinese) is an advantage but not essential
- Willing to travel
