New Silver is a fintech startup focused on short term real estate lending for investment property in the United States. Our small and rapidly growing company is globally located and fully remote. New Silver’s mission is to enable entrepreneurial growth by providing small real estate investors with fast, conveniently accessible capital, and by harnessing technology to improve investors' journey, from property search to sale.

YOUR ROLE
You will have a key role in our fast-paced organization. You will strategize, implement and oversee strategic marketing for our lending and real estate products. You will work within and across small teams to manage ad spend, find new marketing opportunities and partnerships, drive content, social and SEO strategies. In our startup environment, you will play a pivotal role in helping market and measure our marketing efforts and ROI. You will report directly to the CEO and be able to get things done without “red tape”.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and oversee the digital marketing strategy for fast growth
Oversee paid traffic acquisition on Google Adwords, Facebook, Twitter, etc
Develop and oversee a social media strategy
Oversee and improve the affiliate program
Oversee and improve marketing automation in ActiveCampaigns
Use Google Analytics, DataStudio and other products to measure and improve
Work with our SEO and content writer to develop new strategy and ideas
Brainstorm and implement any new ideas, growth hack to success


REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
5+ years in digital marketing
Experience in fast-growing financial services, fintech or e-commerce
Strong experience with paid traffic acquisition
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools (certification preferred)
Experience with marketing automation tools like ActiveCampaign or similar preferred
Experience measuring/analyzing ROI for ad spend and other digital marketing efforts
Proven leadership
Flexibility to work after hours when needed to communicate with US partners
Fluent English
