About the role: We are looking for an effective Head of Sales who will build a strong and motivated team of Sales Managers, establish long-term relationships with customers and scale revenue to the next level.

Our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, uses hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions. They are excited by an opportunity to realize their professional potential and are driven by speed and influence on business decisions.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales;
- Experience in building, managing and training sales teams;
- Experience in planning and tracking of KPIs;
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
- Advanced English;
- Excellent communication skills

Will be a plus:
- Experience in cybersecurity and/or crypto market

Responsibilities:
- Plan sales targets
- Drive strategic initiatives including sales funnel and pipeline creation and management;
- Build, manage, train and motivate team of Sales Managers;
- Design, implement and track team’s KPIs;
- Implement new selling channels, methodologies and approaches;
- Design and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission
- Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions
