Technical Support and Trainee Manual QA (offline)

Responsibilities:

as a Technical Support you will be responsible for:
- communication and community support;
- answering questions from users on social networks;
- politely working out user issues.

as a Trainee Manual QA you will be responsible for:
- manual testing (based on check-lists or test cases)
- reporting issues to bug-tracking system and monitor their fixes
- writing new test cases if needed

Required skills:
- English (Upper-Intermediate and higher)
- be polite and considerate

Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of Software Testing (https://bit.ly/2PtGPz6)
- QA courses

Terms:
- 5 work days a week (Tue-Sat / Sun-Thu)
