Outstaffing Business Developer / IT Recruiter

We are a team of 20+ software professionals, working mostly with innovative projects and products for clients in Europe and USA in domains like Internet of Things, Smart City, ML, and more.

We are looking for a colleague who will take care of the outstaffing/resource provision activities development.
You will be in charge of the following tasks:

* Business development in outstaffing/resource provision activities
* IT Recruitment, full-cycle
* Direct communication with clients
* Working with database of candidates, we have more than 2500 records at the moment.
* Communication and setting up and information channel with our employees, freelancers, and candidates
* Participate in sourcing/HR strategy development

We expect you to be:

* a smart positive thinking person with positive attitude
* with at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
* with experience in sales or sales support process
* upper-Intermediate English at least
* excellent communication skills
