Responsibilities:
β’ General office management including office supply with products and household goods, ordering stationary, maintaining first aid kit etc.
β’ Assisting with benefit administration and liaising with suppliers (goods and coffee delivery, food-box, office massage, gym etc.)
β’ Managing office facilities and provide administrative support as needed (e.g. maintaining office inventory, address repair services etc.)
β’ Helping with events planning and organization (team buildings, corporate events), ordering corporate souvenirs and presents
β’ Supporting business trips organization
β’ Assisting HR Manager as needed
