System Administrator (offline) $400-800

Responsibilities:
- Provide the required support, maintenance, and management internal systems:
a. Windows (70%)
b. Linux-based (15%)
c. MacOS (15%)
- Install/upgrade new hardware/software systems and maintenance of existing infrastructure;
- Conducting inventory of equipment and keeping track of equipment in temporary use;
- Issuing and receiving equipment during employee Onboarding and Outboarding process.
- Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and outages.

Main requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT system administration area;
- Experience of installing IT hardware and software and good knowledge of computer
systems.
- Experience in managing Windows/Linux based infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in configuring network equipment.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks architecture
- Understanding of VPN protocols.
- Experience of repairing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience of end-user support.
- Able to promptly respond to inquiries via email, instant messaging, ticketing systems
and other electronic communications
- Strong focus on self-education and self-motivation, team player with keen desire to help others
- Pre-Intermediate or higher level of English

Will be a plus:
- Understanding of Active Directory. (User creating/Manage devices)
- Experience with virtualized systems (VMware/HyperV);
- Experience with Windows Server/Linux Servers
- Experience in IT equipment procurement or sales
- Experience of equipment inventory.
