Product Designer (offline)

Responsibilities
​
- Designing digital products

- Doing research, contributing to product vision

- Framing and articulating design problems through ideation, storyboarding and prototyping, ending with user validated high-fidelity designs

- Validating solutions with real users and customers, using both qualitative and quantitative methods

- Working along with the teams of managers, stakeholders, business analysts

- Recommending design solutions with a user-focused point of view

- Helping the client to understand the value of their users

- Conducting well-organized assets' delivery to engineers


Requirements

- Love for understanding and solving human problems

- Hustler attitude: being creative + getting things done

- Experience in creating complex, multi-input interactions, experiences and end-to-end flows, prototypes, with high-fidelity visuals

- Advanced prototyping skills

- Cross-functional collaboration mindset

- Good communication skills

- Big thirst for knowledge and growth
