QAA Senior/Lead Kotlin, Cloud Business Applications (offline)

The project’s goal is to develop a new API for the existing billing system.

Responsibilities

Communication and collaboration in a Scrum team with developers, designers, and managers
Testing the mobile video conferencing application and defining quality metrics
Preparation of test scripts, development and support of test documentation
Analysis of incidents and formulation of the reasons for their occurrence
Analysis of environment parameters to ensure high quality video conferencing
Participation in the organization and development of the environment for running tests and test infrastructure

Must have

2+ years of experience in software testing
Experience testing iOS and Android real-time mobile applications (games, exchange, etc.) using real devices and emulators
Excellent knowledge of the features of mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of test theory, understanding of test design techniques and the ability to apply them in practice
Experience with Xcode, Android Studio, ADB, Postman, and Charles
Experience with Selenium, Appium, XCUItest, and Espresso
Experience in testing client-server applications and understanding the principles of the HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket protocol
Understanding of TCP/IP
Confident use of traffic analysis and control tools (Wireshark, Clumsy)
Desire to study VoIP, video conferencing and audio/video coding
Strong written and verbal English

Would be a plus

Familiarity with the basics of VoIP and WebRTC
Knowledge of the specifics and basics of audio/video coding
Experience developing tests for Java/C#/JavaScript/Python
Experience with Linux/Mac
Knowledge of media servers Janus, FreeSWITCH
Experience managing a small team of 2 to 3 people
