Senior UI/UX Designer (offline)

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and evaluate user requirements
Developing personas and usage scenarios
Consult with clients to understand their goals and explain research results
Conduct usability testing, identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
Creating product prototypes
Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
Assisting with content development
Conducting competitor and customer analysis
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Coordinate and implement with developers
Key Requirements:

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (min 3 years)
A portfolio of UX design projects is a must
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision)
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Axure or others
Solid understanding of Web technologies and Graphic Design
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills (English level B2 or higher)
BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
