SEO specialist (offline)

Our product has 5 modules: PeopleHR, PeopleRecruit, PeopleTime, PeoplePulse and PeoplePerform. Each module can be purchased individually or combined with others.

Now we are looking for a highly motivated SaaS focused SEO specialist with 2+ years of experience in SEO.

What you need to be successful in our team:
- Experience in SEO, creating and implementing an SEO strategy
- Experience working with the semantic core
- Experience creating technical assignments (for developers, copywriters, link builders, etc.)
- Experience in link building (CIS market)
- Experience in using SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Search - - Console, SERanking, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog etc.
- Experience with WordPress
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Ability to work with large amounts of information, organize, analyze data and process them in Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs
- Experience within a fast-changing, start-up or similar environments (flexibility)
- Self-management and accountability with solid leadership skills
- English (Upper-Intermediate), Ukrainian and Russian – Fluent (verbal and written).

The ability to find new non-standard ways to link building will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Creation and implementation of SEO strategy
- On-page and off-page optimisation of a website
- Search and offer points of growth of the site;
- Select high-quality platforms for link building (free / paid)
- Write tasks for copywriters
- Fill the site with high-quality content (add and format the read texts, images, tables on the site
- Analyze competitors
