As our Sales Agent you will be responsible for many tasks including but not limited to:

1. Lead Generation. You will generate leads using our direct marketing strategies producing warm leads to follow up on and cold calling during your spare time. We expect your time will be used efficiently and your opportunities for growth and income will only be limited by your confidence, as well as your ability to help others believe that we understand their needs and have the solution to their problem.

2. Determining the needs of a potential client. Are they existing clients or are they a new client? Are they looking for a support contract or maybe they need some new hardware? If a new client is calling, you will gather information about them and their needs and determine what problems they need solved and start generating sales tasks. After the sales task is fully understood and executed you will follow up with the client encouraging them to join our family with a support agreement. If an existing client is calling, find out what they need and provide them with some solutions. No matter what kind of client you are working with - you will have a full technical team to work with to ensure the solutions you are selling are the ones the client will need to be successful.

3. Following up on estimates and subscriptions. The clients have a need, we have a solution, let's keep them on the same page! You will have access to the estimates queue and will have the opportunity to close a number of estimates in the system. Sometimes they will be small, but sometimes they will be substantial and the compensation will reflect accordingly! Keep the client interested and thinking about what we can do for them and follow-up accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong spoken and written English language skills.
- Previous technology sales or call center experience is a must.
- Good data entry and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with commercial information technology or medical office IT is a must.
- A university degree is preferred.

Sending a scripted letter after 3 phone calls

#5 Reactivation of Treatment
Up to 3 calls to discuss the treatment needed
Following up with a letter from the practice
Scheduling treatment appointments for those who are scheduled for a consultation/hygiene visit

#6 Insurance Aging and Insurance Pre-Authorization
Calling on all aging claims not paid by the insurance companies
Calling on all pre-treatments sent to the insurance
Sending a list of pre-authorization to the insurance coordinator

#7 Accounts Receivable
Following up on unpaid balance in the patient’s ledger
Mailing a bill to the patients
Calling patients to advise a bill was mailed to them
E-mailing a bill to the patients

All of the remote employees at Real Virtual Team are trained by dental office managers with over 25 years of experience in the New York City area. They are trained in different situations, industry-specific language, and proper mannerisms one would expect of the highest grade office staff.
