IT Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities
β€’ Sourcing candidates through social media and other channels, professional networks
β€’ Generating talent pool and building a warm pipeline
β€’ Full cycle recruitment of mostly technical positions
β€’ Work closely with an HR Manager to coordinate and set up recruitment priorities.

Requirements
β€’ 2+ years of recruiting experience for a search firm, agency, or in-house talent acquisition team with demonstrated expertise in recruiting best practices
β€’ Ability to develop results-driven recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluation, and selection of talent
β€’ At least 1 year of experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting in IT
β€’ Deep knowledge of sourcing and recruiting methodologies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Reddit and other social sites and boards (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
β€’ Developed network and readiness to actively use it for recruitment
β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Upper-Intermediate English
