We are looking for: - at least 2 years of recruiting experience; - Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and conversational for communicating with applicants); - Experience with IT and non-IT vacancies in product company(ies) would be a big plus; - Strong multitasking and time-management skills; - Good understanding of the market's current situation and tendencies; - Ability to work independently, as well as in a team; - Experience in full-cycle recruitment process.
Responsibilities: - Generating leads (searching, CV screening, presenting the vacancy/company to the applicants, scheduling interviews etc.); - Organizing smooth and prompt recruitment process for the hiring managers and the applicants; - Closing a mass vacancy twice a year (10+ people per position); - Finding new effective ways and sources for hiring; - Managing the vacancies in the recruitment DB and job websites; - Taking part in the recruitment optimization process.
