Product Manager (offline)

We grow professionally every day, mastering new technologies and creating innovative solutions for complex projects in business analysis and e-commerce. We aim to use the most appropriate project management techniques, still being open to the team's ideas and suggestions.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Product Manager who will be part of our team that has been working on the development of our online service for over 2 years. The main technologies of the project are Vue.js, Symfony.

This project is a start-up aimed at the international market and is interesting for its innovative solutions for business management, customizable interface, modularity, and much more.

Experience and skills required:

- Experience in creating an online service is required;
- Project management experience;
- Experience in managing a team of 5 developers and more;
- Understanding the specifics of the product business, the ability to build a product roadmap and follow it;
- Experience in setting tasks, creating a backlog, setting priorities;
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Initiative;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- English level - upper-intermediate;

What you will do:

- Effectively manage the product backlog to ensure a constant workload for the team;
- Conduct team planning and achieve development goals;
- Determine the risks and possible difficulties at the stage of setting the task;
- Conduct custom research;
- Build and test hypotheses, analyze user behavior;
- Ensure the release of product updates;
