Back-end Tech Lead (offline)

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in .NET, 5+ years experience within software development on similar position
- Deep understanding software product lifecycle, quality assurance approaches
- Solid working experience in backend technologies using .NET Stack like C#, WebAPI, MVC and Entity framework / LINQ.
- Strong experience working with different databases, relational and nosql technologies like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, T-SQL.
- Team lead experience with involvement in at least one successful complex project for more than 3 months as a team lead or technical lead.
- Willingness to work with an on-site team of specialists and direct communication with the customer.

Will be a plus:
- Experience in game development industry
- Understanding of or familiarity with Unity and how projects work in a low-resource environment (browsers/mobile).
- Experience in one of the following scripting languages:
Python
JavaScript
Ruby
- Experience in working with no-SQL databases.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering practices.
- Experience in working with Jira or similar task tracking environment.


Responsibilities:
- Specification of tasks for particular team members and deciding, who will perform which role in the team better.
- Supervision of documentation in the project.
- Technical consultation of team members.
- Translate architectural solutions in scopes for the team.
- Tight cooperation with PMs as a technical person of the team.
- Personal decision-making in project development within the limits that do not contradict the architecture or best practices of the project / company.
- Consultation with the department's tech lead / lead on high-level project issues.
