Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Requirements elicitation, gathering, and analysis
- Change control
- Requirements design, developing, and documenting
- Requirements management
- Communication with product stakeholders
- Support customers with questions and functionality logic
- Participation in Solution design process with Development team

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of BA experience in IT
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Proficiency in writing functional and non-functional requirements, use cases - Design, system diagrams
- User story mapping
- Strong knowledge of requirement management processes and change management processes
- Hands on experience in documenting business processes, user interfaces, data structures and business logic, UML, SQL, Agile (Scrum)
- Functional decomposition — structural approach, i.e. the ability to decompose the entire scope with respect to the given level of details
- Strong working experience in presenting the requirements to various target groups
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented approach
- English — intermediate

- Machine Learning: Python and relevant machine learning libraries are used for the ML services
- Hosting: the application is hosted on AWS, with extensive use of the native AWS services
