Recruiter (offline) $800-1600

What you have:

- 1 year+ of experience in full cycle of IT recruiting processes;
- HR interviewing experience;
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting;
- Ability to learn fast, find and use new tools;
- Advanced networking, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Goal-oriented personality, high level of self-organization.

What will you do:

- Full cycle of recruiting process for Western Europe and CIS countries;
- Initial contact with candidates and processing them to recruitment team;
- Maintenance of databases and related reports;
- Providing support to new employees during their adaptation;
- Providing HR interview;
- To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs.
