Requirements:
Experience with Gantt chart tool
Experience with Agile methodologies
English Upper Intermediate

Responsibility:
Team management / to take ownership for team effort;
to take active participation during architect and design calls;
to create onboarding recording video that describes market problems, user roles, showcases main flows;
Schedule demo meetings every sprint (for Scrum) or version release for Business team;
Scheduling demo meetings every sprint (for Scrum) or version release for Business team;
Creating gantt chart and release versions, report gantt chart progress on reporting calls;
Control and track that created PRs are prioritized;
Track and request staffing needs, manage bonus and appreciation fund;
Keep Project documentation;
Keep call recordings and meeting notes as Project documentation;
Define risks and mitigate them.

Project Manager’s day in Applicature:
Preparation to standup - overview of Jira for past day activities;
Close communication with Tech Lead & Architect;
Participation in team calls;
Keep in touch with all team members;
Organisation, track & capture of all team members discussions.

Will be a plus:
Understanding of blockchain
Technical background
