YOUR CHALLENGES
Support and assist with all operational and HR-related activities of our People and Culture department;
Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions and results of the department in relation to established goals;
Support of existing processes and procedures;
Work with internal tools and systems;
Work with documentation regarding basic processes, statistics and policies;
You will be working closely with local and international colleagues;
Work on a wide variety of exciting projects as they arise;
YOUR PROFILE
You have up to 1-year experience in human resources, ideally in an IT/tech environment;
You have gained basic knowledge and understanding of People operations and HR function;
You have strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail
Computer proficiency with MS Office and basic applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop);
You are able to work both autonomously and as part of a team with a positive “Can Do” attitude;
Good spoken and written English level is a must (B1 and higher) for conducting business correspondence and communication.
Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Event management skills (to be a plus);
