Product owner (offline)

Responsibility:

Operational management of an online casino:
- Planning CRM promo activities: tournaments, VIP program, lotteries, etc.;
- Management of support service, VIP department;
- Connection, sorting of game providers;
- Bonus policy, payment policy and other settings;
- Product localization;
- Optimization of key userflows.


Required skills:

- Successful experience in a similar position;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Ability to make decisions based on data;
- Knowledge of marketing, deep understanding of the mechanisms of attracting traffic and retention.


Will be a plus:

- English language;
- Technical or analytical background.
