Junior Recruiter (offline)
Access Softek is a software company headquartered in Berkeley, California with offices in Manhattan, Chicago, and Vancouver. We are creating a digital banking solution: online banking, mobile banking, omnichannel lending, and omnichannel account opening.
Today our 300+ employees are serving over 400 financial institutions and reaching over 3 million mobile banking end-users every month.
Responsibilities:
Administrating a recruiting applicant tracking system Lever and recruiting spaces in Confluence.
Posting/Updating vacancies on the job sites.
Creating regular reports and presentations on recruiting metrics.
Scheduling meetings for recruiting team with hiring managers (via Zoom)
Assisting and support in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, conducting test tasks for junior-level candidates, sourcing on demand).
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
General knowledge of IT terminology
English level - upper intermediate
Strong communication skills and ability to establish a strong rapport with team members, hiring managers.
Basic understanding of IT recruitment (completed courses)
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Excel and etc.)
Russian - fluent or native speaker
Will be a huge plus:
Experience with Confluence.
Experience with the recruiting applicant tracking system Lever.
Working experience in a similar position or relevant assistant role.
