Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Good grasp of modern software development methodologies
- Exceptional Communication and Relationship Management skills, working with Budgeting, Risk Management, Problem Solving, Process optimization, Requirement prioritization
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) in English

- Exceptional project management skills
- Proven organizational and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to efficiently communicate priorities, plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies in a rapidly changing environment.
- Manage development team and hire the required candidates
- Manage quantity, qualification, and engagement level of the contractors
- High standard for excellent customer experiences.
Nice to have:
- 2+ years proven work experience in the Web, Mobile, or Software Development industry
- Work experience as a Technical Recruiter
