We are looking for a Senior/Lead php to lead backend team of 2-3 engineers working on several projects simultaneously. The projects suggest different level of technologies age (work with legacy).

What You Will Do:

-Back-end part development of the applications (will be required in the complex cases)
-Participation in calls with clients and internal calls
-Estimation of the tasks, controlling teammates estimation
-Overseeing your team progress and mentoring in case of technical questions
-Raising risks and providing dev feedback related to new clients requests
-Ability to analyze employees performance level
-Ability to help your team understand architecture or code peculiarities
-Code review
-Providing expertise for modifying existing architectural solutions

What We'd Like To See:

-PHP Symfony/Laravel frameworks 3+ years experience;
-DB (SQL, query builders, ORM) + query optimization;
-HTTP protocol;
-API and communication protocols (JSON, etc);
-Work with queue broker;
-Linux + Docker;
-CI/CD process understanding (Gitlab CI, Jenkins)
-Git
