Technical Project Manager (offline)

As our Technical Project Manager, you will focus on: Quality project execution, effective team management, business needs, and process improvement within one part of the Brokermint Product.

Responsibilities:
• Team management, including technical and professional mentorship of team members
• On-time delivery of high quality, secure & performant software
• Foster a rewarding engineering culture on your teams
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments (Engineering, Dev Ops, Technical Services, Product, UI/UX)
• Bring new ideas to the table (both technology and process) and influence engineering culture.
• Reporting - Ensure reporting is provided as required on a regular basis against roadmap, plans and any performance for your teams
• Risk and Issue Management - Ability to proactively manage risk and issues for the workstream in a timely manner and have the confidence to make decisions to mitigate or resolve when required. Work closely with workstream lead to ensure RAIDS are fully documented, mitigated and escalated as required.
• Financial Management and Project Accounting - Providing the critical data required for the project management function to monitor and track financial health, analyzing resource requirements across multiple projects or across programmers to meet strategic goals.

Must have:
• Experience in running scaled agile teams and agile experience
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale software in a hands-on capacity
• Previous experience with product companies

And other requirements:
• Strong financial and resource management, working with budgets and running large, global teams
• A software delivery background would be highly beneficial due to the technical nature of the deliverables
• Extensive stakeholder management experience up to senior level, alongside the management of external vendor relationships
• Experience of working in a complex, high-paced environment with a global team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A real self-starter with the ability to drive and make clear and prompt decisions and solve problems, generating solutions and ultimately getting the job done.
