IT Recruiter (offline) from $1000
Your Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruitment for the technical and non-technical positions
- Actively source candidates using different channels, generate pipelines for each position
- Reach out to passive candidates
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Promote the company’s reputation
- Maintain a candidate database
- Maintatin partnership with Hiring Managers
- Be a team player
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of successful experience in the full life-cycle recruiting process
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Understanding of the software development domain
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to details
