HR Manager (Generalist) (offline) $1798-3000

Working closely with Executive Team, the successful candidate will research the International Market, liaise with clients and partners to shortlist and recruit best talent for a wide range of projects in niche high risk, digital services, gaming and fintech sectors.

You will be instrumental in building HR procedures, onboarding and off-boarding processes and training library, researching and arranging non-monetary motivation benefits to ensure that in-house talent is retained.


The core areas of responsibility under the scope of work of successful candidate will be:
Keeping and maintaining full applicable HR records for all company and client employees in HRIS, Dropbox, applicable project management software.
Setting-up, configuring and regularly updating HRIS, administering company and client users, distributing applicable personnel attendance reports.
Collecting, circulating and archiving applicable payroll information, forms and records for the company and client employees on a regular basis.
Drafting and circulating Employment Agreements, NDA, NCA, Handbooks, performance tracking and disciplinary information, general company and contractor policies other employment or contractor engagement related documentation.
Maintaining regular relationship with External Recruiters, including review of legal contractual terms and fees to ensure timely staffing of multiple projects.
Responsible for Company and Brand Compliance and Development including review, improvement and development, regular maintenance and administration of business and core client websites.
Set-up, review and administration of applicable communications and social media channels, including but not limited to Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc also portfolio type platforms like Behance, Dribble, Artstation, Github, Stackoverflow and similar.

Participating in Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Collation of core requirement lists for applicable vacancies, preparation of structured question sets or scenario-based evaluation documentation to enable candidate comparison and benchmarking.
Development of candidate score cards, collection and recording of interview results for recruitment and HR purposes in both ATS and HRIS, overall implementation and conducting candidate testing formats and processes.
Posting advertisements, actively managing the applicable liaison in social media or other business or industry specific channels and platforms.
Conducting candidate liaison, pre-screening and interviewing applicants, supervision and follow-ups on role-specific testing, recording 360-degree feedback in applicable candidate data.
Negotiating terms of hire with potential candidates: preparation of draft and full versions of job descriptions/Scope of Work, KPI and Testing Documentation.
Review and re-drafting, circulation of applicable job offers, NDA, NCA, consulting agreements and employment contracts, handbooks, and other key documents as a part of job offer liaison.
Contacting candidate referees to collect professional or personal references, conducting background checks, documentation of results and circulation with applicable line managers and HR teams.
Conducting exit interviews of people leaving company with a view of adjusting recruitment and onboarding processes and experience.

Candidate Requirements:
Business-proficient written and spoken English.
Business-proficient Russian or Spanish is a bonus.
Previous experience as recruiter of sourcing and placing IT, digital or creative industries and other business professionals in a commercial environment, in international businesses and organisations for remote work opportunities or international dispersed teams.
Excellent Communication and advanced social media, analytics, and online advertising skills.
3 + years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and/or headhunting or specialist search or HR management.
Working smarter not harder, experience in using CRM, Applicant Tracking systems to automate and ease the workload.
Awareness of the new channels and social media for reach-out to narrow profile candidates.
