Lead Frontend (React.js) (offline)

Our client helps bloggers and small business owners become entrepreneurs and start making some income by connecting them to companies that offer affiliate programs for their products and services.

Requirements:
— Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science/software Engineering or equivalent;
— 4-5 years of experience in software development;
— Excellent knowledge of Javascript;
— Excellent knowledge of React.js and Redux;
— Excellent knowledge of REST API;
— Solid understanding of common design approach/patterns;
— Experience with building application from scratch;
— Experience with unit and integration tests;
— Understanding of agile methodologies;
— Team player;

Would be a plus:
— Experience as a team leader;
— Good communication skills;
— Strong troubleshooting skills;
— Planning and prioritization skills;
— Experience with Docker;
— Understanding CI/CD process;

Responsibilities:
— Team management and participating in the life cycle of the software and product development;
— Support existing application — implement new features, fix bugs, refactor;
— Mentor and advise the team in code review, pair-programming and more.
— Take an active role in architectural discussions;
— Analyze and estimate implementation efforts with the team;
— See the big picture of group tasks in order to make the best decisions about priorities;
— Work closely with the internal team including product managers, back-end developers, QA;
