80 - Team Lead - Java Spring (offline)

Our company is growing and we are looking to setup a new team.

You will:
- Design, develop and maintain high performance, distributed, business critical applications in the FinTech field.
- Solve challenging problems, while working in a highly dynamic and technologically driven environment.
- Manage a team of 2-3 developers, 1 qa and work together with the Product Manager to deliver new features

Requirements
- Experience with microservices architecture
- 6+ years of Java Spring boot development
- Experience in team leading
- Good soft skills
- Passion to learn, know to ask questions when needed and present new ideas and solutions for problems.
- Good English
