HR People Partner / HR / Human Resources Manager (offline)

About our HR department. It consists of 4 people: HRD, 2 experienced recruiters, and Team Care. You will not need to look for candidates, no recruiting tasks - only work with Gotoinc’s employees, help to support current HR processes and create new ones!

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in HR consulting or internal HR (People Partner/HR Generalist);
• Knowledge of English — B1 and above level;
• Soft skills: a strong level of empathy and creativity adaptability, critical thinking, pro-activity;
• Coaching, influencing, strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills;
• Excellent people management skills;
• Skills in pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation, motivation, development of teammates, conducting performance reviews;
• Multitasking, and ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.

Will be a plus:
• Degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related discipline;
• Work experience in IT sphere is not a must but would be a plus.

Your main responsibilities:
• Managing the process of an employee lifecycle: facilitate onboarding, finalize adaptation and trial period, conduct performance appraisals and compensation reviews, manage exits, etc;
• Conducting 1on1 meetings;
• Retention control: providing job satisfaction talks to identify and address retention risks;
• Consulting management regarding employee relations issues, providing solutions;
• Managing critical communications;
• Participating in events management projects and activities (team buildings, trainings, corporate events);
• Resolving complex people relations issues and addressing grievances;
• Provide quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complaints, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges;
• Work on policies/procedures/regulation/processes;
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
• Promotion of Company values and HR Brand.
