K2 Product Owner (offline)

The scope also involves supporting the Business to resolve their problems. This is an offshore role. We are expanding the current team who are supporting the customer.

Responsibilities:
• Serves as servant leader for an Agile Team. Coach the team on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles & practices.
• Help remove impediment. Plan and setup Agile Ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective, etc.
• Act as a servant leader including facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, to monitor sprint progress
• Coach and mentor the business delivery team in agile frameworks and principles and fostering the team's ability to self-organize
• Mediate conflicts to assist the team in making decisions
• Remove sprint road blocks and facilitate solution development with the team
• Supports a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives and key indicators around team performance
• Ensures clear communication and organization of all strategic and business delivery team goals
• Promote transparency and team empowerment across teams

Mandatory Skills Description:
• Minimum of 10 years experiences in relevant field
• Excellent communication skills, including an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff
• Certified Scrum Master; Working experience in running an Agile Team as a Scrum Master
• Prior work experience in the upstream oil and gas industry is an advantage
• Prior work experience in the following will be an advantage:
• UX/User Center Design principles
• Knowledge or experience with Agile Development
• Have good problem solving and facilitation skills
• Great time management and organization skills
