Senior PHP Developer (offline)

Project is to create a desk booking application for a client that has about 3,500 users and over 40 offices. The application will be on the desktop and as an iOS application. The technical stack will be two front ends iOS and a React website. The backend will be in node.js with options to use Typescript. This is a multi-phase project with the MVP due within 5 months and a backlog of scope outside the MVP that is considerable. Project is an American publicly traded advertising company. The company consists of five major networks: FCB, , McCann Worldgroup, MullenLowe Group, and Marketing Specialists, as well as a number of independent specialty agencies in the areas of public relations, sports marketing, talent representation, and healthcare. It is one of the “Big Four” agency companies, alongside WPP, Publicis and Omnicom.

Requirement skill::

4+ years working with PHP (7-8 versions)
Native PHP experience
Experience with frontend (HTML, CSS, and JS)
LAMP stack except MS SQL is used instead of MySQL
Testing, codeception
Experience in writing native SQL queries

Your area of responsibility and growth:
PHP 7 moving to PHP 8
Task types are mainly to change some logic, pages, tables etc. The project is migrating to PHP8, a lot of tasks on refactoring can be seen
Beside the backend tech skills, the candidate should have a taste for UX/UI and being resourceful in using HTML, CSS, and JS.
Building new features, and new reports by extracting data and displaying them in dashboards
Participate on daily call
Update team about current task progress
Work on assigned task(s). Note: all tasks are explained and all needed details are provided
