Role Overview:
 

We're looking for a Recruiter who want to understand the unique needs of the GameDev industry and can help us find and attract the best talent — from game designers and developers to artists, QA, and others - and is ready to join a startup to build a team. You'll play a key role in growing our team and shaping the future of our projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and creative roles
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and team goals
  • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

     

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • English В1+
