Job responsibilities:

Providing L1-L2 technical support to users and partners via email, web conferencing, and the phone
Analyzing, clarifying, and resolving customer queries
Investigating technical issues, troubleshooting and diagnosing root causes
Deploying, and configuring different environments with specific software and hardware parts
Collaborating with other teams

Required:

Advanced English (both spoken and written) and the ability to communicate effectively in English via both phone and e-mail
Confident communication skills - work with globally distributed customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive and innovative thinking (masters degree in googling)

Preferred:

Understanding and basic knowledge of storage, networking, and virtualization technologies
Experience with administrating/maintaining Windows or Linux based environments
Experience in providing support to customers on their live production systems
Experience in working with storage and backup infrastructures
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V
