Senior DevOps Engineer / Networking (offline)
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
— 3+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE / Systems Administrator role
— 3+ years experience with Firewalls, Routing and Switching
— Experience in site to site VPNs for production environments with experience in reliability and performance
— Experience with Network design
— Knowledge in HA and high SLA environment
— Experience in troubleshooting and support of network devices
— Experience in designing networks using zero-trust security as a foundation
— Experience with workflow automation tools like GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Jenkins
— Experience with monitoring and logging solutions, Prometheus, Grafana and Loki
— Strong documentation skills and a desire to spread knowledge
— Understanding and implementing security methods
— Experience working on Unix/Linux based platforms.
Would be a plus:
— Knowledge of Cloud/Virtualization Technologies: ESXi, KVM
— Coding proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, Python, Golang
— Good knowledge of fundamental AWS building blocks (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
— Design, configure, and implement various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
— Assisting with architecting cloud networks using open source or cloud-native solutions
— Configuring, maintaining and developing cloud infrastructure (vSphere and AWS)
— Manage corporate Firewalls (Cisco, pfSense)
— Improve the infrastructure: for example, the integration of Kubernetes
— Build Zero-Trust Networking
— Be a part of an agile and independent team of DevOps engineers
— Configuring the monitoring of services and infrastructure
— Create monitoring tools to find problems proactively and design automated resolution procedures
