Junior Recruiter / IT Researcher (offline)

Required skills

- Knowledge of the best practices of sourcing
- A good understanding of the IT market
- No less than Intermediate English to work with recruitment documentation and check the language proficiency during the interview with the candidate
- Good presentation skills and soft skills
- Experience working as an IT recruiter for about a year is a big plus

Responsibilities

- Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing suitable candidates, screening the resumes, handling and organizing the interview process, negotiating with candidates, onboarding the newcomers (if you are a trainee we can start from the only sourcing candidates)
- Collaborate with the internal recruiting team
- Working with the recruitment documentation
