Data Science Lead (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Esteem and provide delivery of meta-context AI/ML/AutoML elements to the Forecasting, Time Series Prediction, What-if Scenario Modeling, Process mining, Data mining and Big Data analytics algorithms
- Explore new AI/ML/statistical analysis/predictive analysis models and techniques
- Run and manage all data mining and data collection processes
- Figure out, plan and execute the Client’s business development survey
- Mentor and help plan hiring and training as well as a performance review.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of proven competence in progressive data science roles implementing state of art AI/ML/DL solutions to the market.
- no less than a year in leading/mentoring data science teams.
- Delivering AI/ML products with development methodologies like SCRUM.
- Expert understanding of Data Modelling and Data Mining techniques, Big Data Technologies (Teradata, Hadoop, Apache Nifi, Streamsets), Data Management and Visualization, Predictive modeling and Statistical analysis
- Deep knowledge of defining and deploying large-scale machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, recommender systems, optimization, etc.) using Python, Spark, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Numpy, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn etc
- Hands-on Experience with packages for H20, DataRobot, AutoKeras, Auto-Gluon, etc.
- Proficiency in building high-load, scalable and secure analytic solutions using MySQL, NoSQL, ElasticSearch, Casandra, Caching technologies, Message Brokers (like ActiveMQ)
- Expertise in building applications using Python or Java or Scala and open source technologies like Apache Hadoop, Spark

Would be a Plus
- M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science or Similar.
- Experience managing distributed teams
