CRO Specialist (offline) $2000-3000

Job Title: CRO Specialist
Seniority Level: Senior
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Key goal of CRO Specialist is to optimize conversions in key conversion points of the marketing funnel. HE/she will implement AB and MVT tests and personalisation, Implement audience profiling and content personalization strategies to drive conversion, interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share learnings based on testing results to positively impact customer experience and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for improvements and optimisation
Build testing strategy and test plan
Fill, prioritize and maintain hypothesis base
Develop optimization hypothesis in compliance with UX and marketing best practices
Prototype test hypotheses
Manage test production: content, design, development
Develop tech tasks for content, design, development
Edit and accept production, give constructive feedback to production team
Setup and Run Test
Analyse test results
Develop clear, accurate and easy to understand reports
Make conclusions, extrapolate them on other possible points in related funnels, Create design, content and development guidelines based on findings from winning tests
Track competitors activity, collect testing case studies

Requirements
General
3+ years of experience in CRO
Upper-Intermediate English is the must
Hard-Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing
Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices, eye on a design
UX Research
Deep understanding of optimization hypothesis development and testing
Understanding of personalization techniques and audience segmentation
Ability to develop wireframes, prototypes
Hands on experience with optimization platforms like Optimizely or VWO
Proficient with web analytics, data analysis and full-funnel reporting
Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
