Data management Specialist (offline) $600-800

The team you will be working with is remote and located in Ukraine and the USA. The key is the ability to add value as a remote team member. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, eager to learn and not afraid of challenging tasks. If you have experience with data mining, this will be a big plus. We look forward to joining our fast growing company.

Working hours: from 10:00 to 19:00 (flexible hours are possible).

Responsibilities

Work on various tasks related to sales and general administrative support of the sales and marketing department;

Study the contact information of potential customers from different sources;

Working with various online tools and databases;

Record all lead data in a spreadsheet and HubSpot CRM;

Manage data in CRM and constantly update it to keep it up to date;

Ensure high quality and accuracy of data;

Collaborate with the sales team to verify missing / inappropriate data;

Report day-to-day results and any project-related issues to the Sales Director.

Requirements for a candidate:

The level of communication skills in English is above average - reading, writing and speaking. We have a team in the USA, and you may be communicating with them at some point.

Good research skills, comfortable use of Google Sheets, and working with large amounts of data, numbers and formulas.

Strong online research skills to find various data sources.

Attention to detail and a sense of accuracy, as well as common sense to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.

Quantitative, logical and organized.

Responsible and result-oriented

Knowledge of research and validation tools would be a great advantage, but it is not necessary, we will provide training.

Familiarity with the HubSpot CRM system will be a plus
