Talent Acquisition Consultant (offline)
Job description
Trios Systems, an outsourcing and consulting boutique, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant. We have been founded and run by industry experts with an idea to help our clients find best in class engineering talent teams. We are looking for a seasoned consultant to build and run a top-notch talent acquisition team.
Requirements:
5+ years in IT recruiting
Successful closure of 3-5 positions monthly
US market experience
Experience coordinating sourcing researches
Advanced English
Duties:
Responsible for the entire cycle of recruitment β from vacancy opening to placement
Plan and execute all stages of recruitment related process
Clarify the vacancy requirements and expectations
Build and run a team for a search of candidates
Conduct pre-screening of candidates and HR interviews, offering, etc.
Handle simultaneously set of approximately 5-10 vacancies of different levels
Provide qualified consultancy services to internal customers
Actively use applicants tracking system
Personally drive niche vacancies and pre-sales staffing if required
