Senior Recruitment Specialist (offline)
Responsibilities:
β Handle the full recruiting cycle
β Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow
β Π‘lose cooperation with Hiring Managers
β Recruitment database maintenance in ATS
β Help with data collection and analytics
β To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs
β Use traditional and creative resources to identify and attract A-level candidates
β Generate creative ideas and implement them
What Weβll Expect from You:
β 3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT recruiter
β Deep understanding of the software development domain
β Analytical skills and attention to detail
β Interacting with professionals in niche platforms
β Knowledge of various recruiting tools
β Upper-intermediate English is a must
β Drive, Sense of Urgency
β High level of energy and initiative
β Great communication skills
β Ability to partner and be a team player
