Senior Recruitment Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:
— Handle the full recruiting cycle
— Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow
— Сlose cooperation with Hiring Managers
— Recruitment database maintenance in ATS
— Help with data collection and analytics
— To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs
— Use traditional and creative resources to identify and attract A-level candidates
— Generate creative ideas and implement them

What We’ll Expect from You:
— 3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT recruiter
— Deep understanding of the software development domain
— Analytical skills and attention to detail
— Interacting with professionals in niche platforms
— Knowledge of various recruiting tools
— Upper-intermediate English is a must
— Drive, Sense of Urgency
— High level of energy and initiative
— Great communication skills
— Ability to partner and be a team player
