HR Operation Manager (offline)

The HR Operations Manager role is fully responsible for the planning, delivery, and development of all operational aspects of LoopMe’s people activities in Ukraine including but not restricted to Culture and Employee Engagement and Retention, Employer Branding, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Development and Education and HR Operations Management.
The role is responsible for partnering with local leaders and colleagues from the Global People Operations team to build on current policies, procedures, and people operations activities by challenging, supporting, and offering alternative ways of working to be able to provide excellent service levels to all internal and external customers.

Role & Responsibilities:
Culture, Employee Engagement & Retention:
• Actively manage our culture to ensure our entrepreneurial spirit is at the core of all activity across employee retention, client service, new hires, and well-being of staff policies
• Assist in the creation and implementation of programs and colleague events to drive employee engagement and talent attraction
• Facilitate, influence, and engage the local Ukrainian CSR committees in developing and implementing a local program of CSR events for colleagues
• Develop and maintain strategies to enable employees to progress their careers at LoopMe
• Provide advice and counsel to improve employee satisfaction (issues resolution, professional development, balance programs, etc.)
• Partner with Global People Operations Director, talent acquisition team, global People Team colleagues, and office management teams to implement organizational local and global initiatives as necessary
• Procurement of colleague gifts and rewards for colleague birthdays, anniversaries, newcomers.

Employer Branding:
• Help establish LoopMe as a recognizable “employer of choice”, both internally and externally
• Serve as a cultural ambassador and provide support to initiatives that ensure LoopMe remains an employer of choice
• Management of employee-related social media posts to Instagram and Facebook
Learning, Development & Engagement:
• Be closely involved in the design and implementation of learning, development and education initiatives across LoopMe
• Review training to ensure we stay relevant and equip our employees to deliver excellent service and thrive through positive change
• Support with the management of staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and improve individuals, growing the business
• Successfully deliver content to new starters and management, using a blended approach of training and coaching

Compensation & Benefits:
• Partner with the local Talent Acquisition team, and local professional HR networks to track and measure local compensation and benefits offerings and market changes to ensure that LoopMe continues to remain competitive in the local marketplace.
• Provide proactive and commercial solutions and proposals on compensation and benefits improvements/innovations to ensure LoopMe remains competitive in the marketplace and is seen as an employer of choice.
HR Operations Management:
• Partner with the UK HR Operations Manager to successfully configure and embed and develop the HiBob HRIS system for all People Operations activities in Ukraine
• Provide day-to-day advice on Ukraine policies, procedures and programs, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, implementing solutions where appropriate
• Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, 30, 60 and 90 day check-ins, new hire induction, performance management and off-boarding processes, including exit interviews and analysis
• Work with the Global People Director and UK HR Operations Manager on relevant people metrics and drive through appropriate interventions in line with the overall people and business strategy
• Working with the Global People Operations Director and Legal team on employee relations issues including performance management, organisational structure and growth strategies, ensuring consistency to approach and management of risk
• Develop and maintain strong and trusted partnerships with leaders and managers, providing constructive challenge and acting as a sounding board, advisor, and coach
• Maintain compliance with all local laws and regulations
