IT Researcher / Sourcer (offline)
Requirements:
β Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting;
β Completed Recruiting Courses, experience/internship as Recruiter/Researcher will be a plus
β Basic knowledge and understanding of the IT terminology
β Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
β Responsible, result-oriented, flexible, attentive to details, team player
β Focus on the result of work
β Upper-Intermediate level of English
Responsibilities:
β Search and Identify relevant talents;
β CVs screening and first contact with candidates
β Work in close collaboration with a Recruitment Team
β Evaluate candidatesβ Π‘Vs
β Work with the ATS (correct and timely filling, updating data, extension etc.)
